• Wheels you create — Title, items, and settings for any spin wheel you save to your account.
• Comments — Any comments you post on wheel pages.
• Usage data — Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not sell this data.

• To provide and improve the SpinWheelMaker service.
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, welcome).
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or violations of our Terms of Use.
• To display your public wheels and comments to other users.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — Cloud hosting (Vercel), database (MongoDB Atlas), and email delivery (Brevo) solely to operate our service.
• Law enforcement — If required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We use a secure session cookie for authentication (NextAuth.js). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Some wheel settings may be saved to your browser's local storage for convenience.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your personal information. Wheels you made public may remain visible for a short period during clean-up.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

SpinWheelMaker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@spinwheelmaker.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
